I have had it since 1 year ago. right now I am wondering if I can apply for road test directly(class 5) without exchanging class 7 into local license. 8 \& x" D! Y( O7 T# E8 c; t9 W+ y, o5 `3 X
if I want to attend road test, where is the cheapest place to go(including car renting)?8 k% s& e3 w- ^

Another issue is for insurance, someone tell me that going to drive school will help reduce car insurance, is that true?
