Elbow and Mount Royal. They have the best elementary and high schools. Sure, house prices are very nice too.

what are you looking for? residence? work? education? convenience?
mount royal is not at same place as mount royal community. it's more focused on artsy stuff. SAIT is more focused on trades skills
