! h+ G9 F- v9 i* I$ k0 lLooking at the REALTORS® Association of Edmonton as a whole, there have been 1079 sales so far this month which should put us somewhere around 1600 sales for the month, which is down significantly from last month but about average for August as a whole. The overall average residential sale price sits at $318k (same as last week but down from last month), single family homes at $367k (same as last week but down from last month), and condos at $241k (up slightly from last week but still down from last month). |
