Go to Avis if you want to go to the US. You can search for promotion code coupons what will save you a lot of money. If you just stay in Canada, go to enterprise who always has a good price. But do not rent a car at the airport, where it is usually expensive. Go to their websites and you will find the rates. Good luck.
