请问 97年的房子为什么地板响？

请问 97年的房子 地板踩上去吱嘎作响？ 是不是 结构问题  这种房子可以下offer吗？价格 地段 环境都很理想

多半是地板钉有些松动. 不会是什么严重问题.

There are at least 2 possible causes:
   No.1  Poor installation of sub-floor; some builders and/or framers used very few screws but lots of nails instead.  No.2  The lumber that formed the floor joists warped or twisted.

Not sure if you meant sub-floor noisy or hardfloor noisy. They read the same in Chinese but are totally different causes. Neither one is structrual problem though.

, |; C; t: h  T8 c& y" |Floor noisy could be caused by inadequate nailing, flexing weak sub floor system, nailed over particle board type sub floor, sub floor thickness and joist direction, insufficient or incorrect adhesive, excessive moisture, and excessive drying. Once you identify the real cause, you can do the following:

Add face nails, counter-sink&putty. Strengthen sub floor from below. Inject adhesive or pull-add-relay. Lubricate squeaks with graphite, wax, baby powder. Wedge sub floor up from joists.
