0 @( W, g$ I" W/ ]; e( r200 sqm2 (2150sqft) single house plus 100m2 bsmt, need a big, efficiency, reliable furnance... maybe 2 furnances, no idea.
But prior one was 10 years old and maybe overloaded, totally shut down, did not work at all.

To serve 300m2 space, one furnance is enough, right?

1. 只有hig efficiency furnace 才能拿到政府rebate.  也会省些能源费用. 政府会派人来先检测你当前的能源利用情况(窗子, 房子密封性, 马桶是否节能, 炉子的能效) 每项都可拿补贴. 换完后, 又要验收. 大概要付给政府200-300 检查费.
