Courier, photocopy, title and tax search, registration or discharge with land title office, etc. really depends on how it actually occurs, which is the disbursement.  Sometimes, the seller has to pay for real property report if you do not have a current one but the purchaser requires it.  Thus, the disbursement is different each case.  About the lawyer's charge for selling, please email me because I am not sure if I am entitled to disclose such information.  My understanding is my lawyer charges very reasonably, if you believe me.
