西人房客取消了5月的租金支票,说之前给的按金当是租金,是不是畜意违反合同?

西人房客煽自取消了5月的租金支票,他还有5,6月就期满了,说把之前给的按金当是5月的租金,是不是畜意违反合同?是不是属于违法?合同说明是按金是用来保证收房子时没有受到任何损坏,我就是感觉他是欺负我这个华人,以为我们亦来顺受,如果他当真取消了5月的POST DATE支票,我需要采取甚麽行动?望会法律的各位大大帮忙和给些意见...

Using Security Deposit to Pay Rent

把相关法令打印出来给他，并附上你的意见，留一份copy，说你不同意这种做法。如果他再不支付房租，你就跟她结账，让她走人。或者去租房委员会起诉他。
去楼上给的网站上去看看相关的解决办法，用法律武器来保护自己。

如果他说已经向银行取消了5月份的支票了呢?是不是我现在可以出NOTICE给他了?
