The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"6 B# x8 N) N( E
/ B$ i+ r/ Q6 y+ e, V( k
In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................. E0 \4 X- v3 {  @8 ]3 z* l  O
/ i: g8 ~9 R; G
OK,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,WAIT....................
# j3 ?! r/ K# s" K' A* l9 a, k3 s. S& F/ ^$ B/ L, C6 @
ISSUE TWO:FIDO.......& c* X# H" o" N$ k$ M* U& X

It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.
) o! V, ~4 ^; f2 T# J# ]* e; C. u- C; d3 f
Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.

/ E( ?2 U, {* ~1 F6 x+ ~9 @+ ABE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.

ISSUE THREE:UPS
$ _& y2 C) i/ _! D. j: p# z4 O  B8 t% A- a7 G2 o9 C
TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.

D# y  E8 qLast week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......0 l4 b* P/ M1 K6 W

4 F9 `2 Y- e& n/ A# hTODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:3 D, o* v" q3 k8 V
0 [. C+ o/ w* a; H/ k/ e) ]+ i9 X
at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!
7 {3 X$ j& o, ?# N* F: r) s9 k% g) y) K" `0 d! i
at 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.
& U9 Z& O: _+ G- ]$ t# K, r6 M9 V: V- Q$ r% v
ISSUE FOUR:BMO" L. C) K0 w9 V  ?' T% k

& b7 v2 H$ Q" vBMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!

I really learn so much NEW today...................

$ y  J( g$ y& OHOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。
% _4 r. d( e) q7 M所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。. u1 i! x0 o8 V+ q% h
因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)
- Z4 f6 n2 I* R( `' O3 n( H剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!
' I, o8 L  }( m, j" f" n也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!
- D. T4 r0 J1 b. Z( `) A4 W再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator
; a' r5 E% o' g1 d3 f後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator
1 u9 n7 R* s) S& X* P1 J0 K+ _2 m/ J有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況2 Y, [4 Y- s# d4 i
Driver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。% Q: Q# ]" k; N$ L6 G7 I5 R+ |

) _9 w4 Q$ F5 {( Y/ s* L最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!
( r: k2 Y3 b5 ~; A  ^. ~(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。
" K% ^1 k$ m9 g% d再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?
) e  h' C' f+ i+ \% e7 P
/ C: E( ~7 [! H( A5 w5 ]' V在那時候我瞭解到一件事情
. u- p+ o- j; ~! A1 i: G就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare) l' c9 ]' w9 S# r( p1 v. L; |
這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!+ M; H  A8 k# P; h
對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!3 {: S! U0 K- X! r/ X3 e1 l) B/ F6 U1 j
不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!/ u1 L& z8 ~; }
日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。% X; c. r) @: l7 H/ q" C
所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了! 2 m* `5 _$ O  {: Q5 c
( A: b" j9 F* n6 z: E
但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back./ q$ N" s* }- F, \) t
Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
