请教买房GST问题

老杨团队,追求完美;客户至上,服务到位!
去年买房签的合同上注明买房价格是 XXX including GST, 交房时间是年末。由于缺少LABOR, .房子今年初才拿到。大家都知道GST今年下降了1%。我能拿到1%的退税吗?我问我的律师,他说
  _- H: e; Q, Z, Q3 ?: `The Contract was for a specified price of $XXX including G.S.T.  It is the responsibility of the Seller (in this case, the Builder) to collect the proper amount of G.S.T. and then to remit it to Revenue Canada. Since the price includes G.S.T., the split as to base price vs. G.S.T. is a calculation made by the Seller. If they did the wrong calculation, the Seller is the one who has the liability to pay the additional tax to Canada Revenue Agency because your purchase price was a one amount “all in” price including all applicable taxes. No one can go back after you for more money on the GST issue.( r% ?2 t" C# H$ n

Then how much you actually paid? 5% or 6%, do your calculation first.  If you did pay the 6%, then you can fill out a form gst193-08e (download from www.cra.gc.ca website) then attached your original contract send to the tax centre asking for the rebate. Builder does not need to be involved as long as you submit the contract, government will verify it.

I paid 5% when I signed with my lawyer.

可以拿回来。建筑商那里有个表格填一下就可以。
