在爱城买了医疗保险，是否只能报销检查、诊断费用？而药费得完全自付呢？还是政府对药费有补贴？谢谢。

it depends on the medical insurance, if you only have Alberta Health insurance, then the medicine drug fee is not covered. If you are low income, you don't need to pay the Alberta Health insurance fee. If your company pay it for you, the company usually buy extra insurance for you. You have to check the insurance policy to see what it will cover, such as dental, travel, hospital semi&priv etc.
