MadeFresh Foods Inc. is a fresh food manufacturer providing high-quality ready-to-eat food to your local grocery store.   MadeFresh Foods Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for a part time position in Edmonton, AB.
Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ L  F# `3 o  f  n; Q1 W( ~1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
0 _. J  X! n5 t2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
" f( r( g9 }) d' p3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
% G- E/ `% u, Y& S( b) j8 \4. Calibration of Equipment
8 v9 H, X0 S; ]* C5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
" u; ^* L3 _+ K7 y6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
* S$ B* f6 W  c+ K& |Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
/ b7 A5 S6 l: l( K. x- g  L3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment

Salary:
