工作职责
# r& c2 q" c! e* r. h2 [Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
& P$ e* \+ N9 Z( o+ W6 v$ BŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
: K7 _9 H- }# S  L: O- |: V- F9 zŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
# U8 ^3 Q) m5 B; z: C  VŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
- {  M: ^  X( kŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

4 O/ m& M6 Y  W3 LŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

4 }' b/ Q5 ?7 kŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
% l. l8 c. [: P1 R0 ^5 ZŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
8 q6 A4 {( E+ m% D: @/ nŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
