-Completion of a post-secondary education
3 j; g% L' P3 U, r-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
+ F6 \; b. a8 Z* |2 ?" a-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
( x) K5 v" r+ M: d5 {/ C2 r7 }-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
# Q; V9 x1 g3 N9 C+ M+ T-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
) ?" l6 a" K7 Q; ~; ?-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
3 B5 @; U. v$ G-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset

-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
