这房子在ESSO炼油厂北边. 正适合那的工作人员. 对他们来说, 26万和26.5万也许没什么区别.

这个房子还是不错的，状态比较好。今天本来也打算下一个offer的，但是因为有其他接offer的时间冲突，就没去。

价位既然到了26万，而且有人买了。就说明有这个需求。

这个房子其实早就上市了，但是前一个合同没有履行，所以又出来卖。

每个人买的理由不一样，所以下单的分量就不同。买不买要看个人的具体情况。

The value of this house is same, is just a shelter for a family but the price will fluctuate, sometimes it can be inflated into a big bubble.

today's edmonton journal reports that the real market is sitll very activethe price for all kinds of accommendations has risen ready by 10 percent since the start of this year. they predcit another 16 percent of increase by the end of this year. the truth is that there are so many buyer lining up ,but not enought supply of houes. that is the problem.
