适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

2 l# h; G% Z( z% V& A& w4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR7 x' N* R6 s# s! f" V% ^
2 packages yeast
0 t) S, [4 U. A* B1 j9 x1/3 cup nonfat dry milk7 C* n7 m+ c! ]# `$ {' }
1 teaspoon salt0 x' B5 d; E% e$ u' y6 b
1/2 cup pineapple juice) {0 ~8 b; t4 X4 X. w4 t
1/2 cup water
0 V4 R- N1 e' K+ r) v  c$ I1/3 cup shortening
4 T: P8 r; M2 H* @- o8 I6 c0 [1/4 cup honey
  a$ S7 ?: H7 n1 R2 eggs
1 O, Q1 C: N: E6 M! e1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired
' K6 a6 E* W& a+ x3 n) G
2 ]2 C6 w" @  K$ h0 PIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and/ y  j$ \. e0 H
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
. q; w( Z, L9 Z+ A3 v4 s: J) f, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;  q) N- b# L; W* }% I
shortening does not need to melt.). \- `1 l) }0 k1 y/ y+ E/ B6 \# H% ^
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
* d$ D- u/ X6 |, q, g0 L, U8 Luntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually
/ r  l4 M. R4 C/ ?stir
  h  k; o2 R3 p+ s- U6 n, g( ^in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured 8 [$ r* p( q5 L* O- S
surface& H! q% W' r! z, c, S" x3 H
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,3 W9 _- H4 R4 P% u& y7 A
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes. Y0 K9 W* o, [
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).
& O  U& t# |7 g/ T$ Z0 J- c& }# F9 ^* V) X# s" ]* s4 r5 S; S
Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
8 x! ?8 f" [' q% f: |Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

# W& N1 Y7 l8 z# gto 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly# u7 r6 o3 W7 ]2 w0 b5 j
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree

35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
