80年的房子

36年了，是不是太旧了，室内重新装过，不知道当时是否用的镀锌管，地下的管道是不可能换的吧，请教各位了，谢谢

My first house is even older than the one built in 1980.  I was happy living there. Healthy.  By the time I put it on market, over 120 people came to see, and it was snatched by someone that I thought would be least likely to buy.  It has the prime location, quiet and convenient to everywhere.
