埃德蒙顿12月2日消息: 时至冬季,伴随寒流的到来,房市也呈现季节性的降温。今日爱城地产局公布的11月份数据毫无悬念。所有住宅房的平均价为$381,371,比上月增长4.3%,比去年同期上涨9.9%。独立房的平均售价为$442,884,比上月增长3.76%,而去年的同期平均价为406,587。Condo的平均价为$255,167,比上月下降2%,但比一年前同期的$242,371,增长5.3%。7 n0 w. y1 w% C7 h1 l( Z
