埃德蒙顿2014年8月5日消息,埃德蒙顿房产经纪协会报告指出,7月份在人口普查都会区(简称“大爱城区”,包括埃德蒙顿和周边卫星城市),独立房的平均价格比6月下降了2%,为$426,716。所有住宅的平均价格下降了2.6%,为$362,091。公寓的价格保持在$254,654, 而Duplex或townhouse则上涨了5%,为$360,309。
