记者：埃德蒙顿中文网现有注册会员一万五千多人，每月的浏览人数4万多人，浏览人次15万人次。这个网站不仅吸引了大量中国新移民，也从多伦多、蒙特利尔、温哥华吸引了大量的中国移民。但网站目前的广告收入仅能维持网络、服务器的一些费用，所有的管理人员都是义务工作。请问如果您当选省长，是否有计划给与网站大力的支持，以便让网站能够更好地为中国移民服务？

xiaoqu: edmontonchina.com is the largest web site in Edmonton Chinese community. It has 15,000 registered members, 40,000 visitors and 150,000 hits per month. And it’s growing rapidly. Most of members are new immigrants from main land China, some from Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver. edmontonchina.com helps lots of new immigrants settle down in Edmonton and all the services are provided to new immigrants free of charge. The web site has a limited income from advertisement that barely covers our operating cost and server cost. All editors and managers are warranties.
! X0 ~$ |5 }+ _2 |8 @9 C* ^My questions is, as a premier, would your government have funding for edmontonchina.com to support their tremendous help and services to new immigrants?  

Jim Dinning: If I am luckily elected into the office, On January, I will let my Community Development Minister meet with Mr. Yang Fan to see how government can support edmontonchina.com to improve the service to Chinese new immigrants.
