2013年本地房市强劲,销售总量增长8%* _) a8 f- t( h, V {
+ k, b8 p& h9 m. i$ O( x埃德蒙顿2014年1月6日消息:根据埃德蒙顿MLS系统的数据统计,2013大爱城区房产销售总量比2012年上升了8%。而2012年的销售总量比2011年的增长了6.2%。数据显示,2013年的为17,055套,而2012年总销售额为15,812套。4 S* U+ F2 o- w6 T& A; \

2013年,各类房型的销售量都有所上涨。其中独立房成交了10,487套(上升3.4%),公寓成交了5,059套(上升了14.7%), Duplex/Rowhouse成交了1,144套(上升了18.2%)。首次买房的人大多选择了公寓作为第一套住宅。比较2012年,独立房成交量占总住宅成交量的百分比由64%下降到了61.5%。相反地,公寓销售量却从28%上升到了30%。
