想问问3个小区的情况

brintnell， miller，blue quill，如果想买房，这2年内会要小孩，买50w以内的房子，这3个区怎么样啊？

Having lived in the NE side of Edmonton (where Brintnell and Miller located) for 6 years, I moved back to SW 10+ years ago. Here are advantage/disadvantages of the two areas:
6 K" Y  B8 U8 @- j2 C4 ?" E$ D2 O- Brintnell/Miller: newer (<10 years old). cheaper, $500K will get you a decent house. close to shoppings, hospital, and work in Fort Saskatchwan. Poor schools. The bilingural schools near Londonderry mall are better but only average compared to others. Good for young families to start with, up to 3rd grade of the kids. So you have ~10 years to decide where to move next;
0 \" ?- t" f* K/ u/ H  f* v- Blue Quill: older (30+ years). expensive but $500K will get you a good house. For a lillte more, you can get a good house in the Blue Quill Estate. lots of good schools to choose from. be prepare for long driving to work though.
