The first annual Edmonton Journal Book Drive and Sale will raise money for Raise a Reader which supports literacy programs in the Capital Region.8 w5 h# A3 i9 w3 ?! @4 n

The sale will take place beside the Alberta Aviation Museum --11410 Kingsway Ave. from Sept. 22-24. 3 I( o; w! m `( Z6 N+ C: P/ Y0 j
Volunteers are needed to make this event a success. If you can donate an hour or two of your time to sort books, please call 429-5363 ( B3 H* I& n$ B* O5 s; E7 k5 Z
Volunteers will earn credits towards purchasing books and will have first pick of the books.
