After I came back from San Diego two months ago, I received a survey through email from the hotel I stayed in, asking about my experience in the hotel. The survey includes questions about the food, room, and service of the hotel, as well as my suggestions to them. I told them that except for the rate, which was a bit high, everything else was great. The staff in the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. When I told them that I wanted to change my room because of the noise, they did it the next day. I even received a plate of fruit and cookies and a bottle of wine from the hotel as an apology for the noise. In addition, the hotel was located in the downtown area, which was very convenient for shopping and entertainment. Also, it was only a couple blocks away from the beach, and I could even see the beautiful ocean from my windows. Overall, I replied to them that my stay at the hotel had been highly positive and enjoyable.) v/ F9 _% [9 n n: | r9 q
