9 ^& y: E# \/ j* @Sorry for my late reply. I fixed mine last year and they did not leak last year summer and actually the hydraulic cement will become stronger when it meets water. As long as you follow the instruction, you are good. I fixed that beforeI put the insulation and dry wall in. For those holes that are exposed, there is no leak so far.

If you see any cracks on the wall, you better fixed them too as once you seal the holes, the water may come from the cracks.1 S& T( K# [% K: l# b
A better solution for that is make sure you have a good grading and good gutter to drain the water away from your house. If you have money, you can install a sump pump too to keep your basement dry |
