An opening for Ph.D student is available immediately at the Nanostructure and Reliability Lab, Mechanical Engineering Department of the Univ. of South Carolina. The focus of the research will be on the experimental nanomechanics and nano-scale biomaterial Outstanding students who own MS degree in mechanical engineering, material engineering, physics, chemistry or closely related areas are encouraged to apply. GRE and TOEFL are required but not necessarily taken in three years (your photocopy of GRE and TOEFL score is accepted at this very moment).
