4/5年的fixed rate不是才到过2.99%吗？为什么图上看不出来？

My current mortgage is with RBC, but will be matured in July. I am looking for a better rate for renewal. What is the best 5 fixed term rate? Do I need to pay lawyer fee and any other additional fee to use your mortgage?

: b" {7 H- P  g# V哦这样啊。那09-10那段variable最低的时候，最低的discount rate是多少呢？只是好奇。我有朋友拿的是prime - 0.7，那他现在应该是2.3? 是不是已经很接近历史最低的rate了？

那09-10那段variable最低的时候(P-0.95%)，最低的discount rate是2.30%。
