25g butter
5 ?5 p7 l$ h( `8 O. a15ml brown sugar: p1 K# m5 _7 S" f
15ml lemon juice2 q# b2 S4 Z4 S, Q" p* J1 \
2 bananas
- Y5 E) G: I/ A# O- H30ml brandy
9 s) C S; c2 C2 @Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate

Method
/ e+ ?, `5 \. o1 \; P. E+ s) `1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
( b0 ?6 u# U* o i# |' d; z' W6 y2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.. u1 O7 Q/ b9 i- h# Z M
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
; z" x3 j* |1 s6 L+ y! y9 ^4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
2 i" t' x I+ Z- e; R- G5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
