我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。

FILLING

3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 D2 R) \, [3 G; _. P* \
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 3 ?# p# E v% M- w9 l+ `; \
2 eggs # ~! M+ v$ A/ |$ O8 S0 Z5 E
1 teaspoon vanilla

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan.

: O& v0 _$ e/ _8 i! ^+ b; UFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. . L2 y; o0 f$ \2 i1 h4 P
