院子里可以随便挖土吗？

想在院子的栅栏的两边挖土种郁金香，害怕地下有电线或者管道，想问需不需要请人过来检查才能动土，请有相关经验的朋友指教指教~

that depend on how deep you want to dig. anything more than 1ft deep requires you to have Alberta One come over and do a sweep. to be safe, you should always call Alberta One to come to and do the sweep before you do any types of digs. power lines, pipelines etc can move over time and it can be shallower than 1ft.
