你可以在网上评估，找一个便宜的保险公司，打电话过去就是了。一般high rise 的building 保费便宜，不过大概一年就一百加元出点头。

the apartment insurance ,also called renter insurance ,covers your personal property and liability .it is  a relatively cheap insurance ,especailly if you have car insurance with the same company. sometimes, it is required by the building managment to have such insurance .based on my experience, it is roughly from 10 to 13 dollars a months based on  25,000 amount of personal property.
