如果possession day是7月1号，那么Property Tax 是从7月份开始交么？谢谢。

no lawyer on my side. the builder reported finished the construction on June 1, however the possession day was June 30. The notice I received is from June to December. I wonder if the builder should pay for June or not.

Yes. you should pay the property tax from possession day. but you will pay the whole thing to the city, you have to ask your builder to get the adjustment.
