TOWNHOUSE墙有裂缝问题

今天看了一个townhouse的地下室有一处一毫米宽的裂缝但是没有漏水,这面墙是房子的前门的墙.请问这个裂缝对房子有影响吗?realtor说没有影响并且他说如果漏水,管理公司会负责?我现在不确定是否有影响.请有经验的朋友解答一下.谢谢.

这个问题就算有经验的也不能给你一肯定答案，a few years down the road, who knows what will happen? Would the management take the responsibility and cover the costs? Only when the problems show up, then you will know for sure. 你之REALTOR说无问题，你自问会相信吗? 或者试问一下他愿否个人作担保? Trust your instincts and decide accordingly.

漏不漏，还要看地面坡度会不会有积水在该处地表存在。
