skirts are not that useful

Unless you like to wear skirts very much, otherwise you don't have to bring a lot of them. Even if you like to wear skirt.... but imagine you need to bicycle everyday.... well, riding bikes while wearing skirts is just no good, expecially here. (it's not like china, ladies can wear anything to ride a bike). But if you drive then that's OK. Having said that, one or two good pieces (dresses) may still be needed on some formal occasions, like parties, etc.

+ {# Z9 {* V2 P" o' GMy feeling is that you donot have to but a lot of fancy and expensive clothes in China, you may never want to wear after coming here. I still have a whole baggage of brand new clothes that I brought form China. In fact, clothes here is not expensive, and they are generally of good quality and styles. You can easily find BIG SALE on some great brand-names.
