Canadian Electrical Code specified the highest temperature rating for most calbes/conductor insulations but did not mention the lowest temperature rating. In this case, the best way to indentify the cable capability is to check the manufacture's specifications, since all cables are registered and appoved by CSA.

6 U8 A6 Q% E L8 b; ~3 B3 s: BAlthough T90 is most commonly used in all residential, commercial and industrial settings, but it is only rated for -25 as per to manufacture's description, so it does not fit the temperature requirment in Fort Mac. I was once working on an outside plug of a washcart which was wired by T90 when it was minus 35, when I tried to pull the wire out from JB, the insulation cracked and dropped off like mud instantly. in this case , RW90 would be a better choice.1 A.
