是否可以提前办理fingerprint criminal check？

在RCMP的网站上看到了以下内容，要求办理fingerprint的criminal check时要填写受理你case的Agency名字，那是不是必须要等递上申请后移民局给你发信要求指纹鉴定时才可以去办理呢？还是说在准备材料的时候就可以去把指纹办了寄给RCMP（看到之前的帖子有人说事先办好以免拖延审查时间，如果可以提前办的话，那这个Agency的名字要怎么填呢）？我是CEC。
** Applicants for immigration to Canada must enter the name and address of the Canadian Immigration Center, Embassy, Consulate or High Commission handling the case in the "Name and Address of Contributing Agency/Dept" portion of the C216C. If you have an immigration file number, write it below the address as a reference for immigration officials.

可以。。。然后和申请表一起递交

其实ME也可以提前做，但是不鼓励，不提倡。

你确定吗？我前天刚刚问了那里的人告诉我说不可以，要先拿到一个file number他们才给做

P.S : i did ME before i sent out my application, so there is no step for ME .
