As a consumer, which side you would stand, CREA or The Competition Bureau?

what are their policies respectively? Would you please provide more information for people who don't know much about them like me?

just renting or owning/consumer, I guess the renting is on the Bureau side, the owning or so-called consumer absolutely on CREA side.

) N% @' m9 w0 h/ K' q+ H/ BIt is said that CREA was accused by discount brokers of practising anti-competitive business model which offers no innovative service and pricing options to consumers,  the Competition Bureau responded and negotiated with CREA to have its rules changed after investigation since 2007, however after CREA's annual meeting on Mar22,2010, the association only made minor amendments which were immediately shot down by C.B. Commissioner saying the changes are inadequate and at the same time, a clause had been introduced by CREA to enable itself to reinstate anti-competitive restrictions at any time it wants. The CREA, of course, denied right away. The war is still ongoing.

When I said consumers, I mean we are talking about buyers/sellers, not landlords or tenants.
