求助：与 builder 第一次 walk through 看些什么？

新建房子的上下水管道和取暖通风系统已经装好，地下室和车库的水泥也灌注好了，马上要第一次 walk through。不知道应该看些什么？与 builder 谈些什么？Frame有没有什么需要注意看的地方？想请ceramistpalace和其他高人给点建议。先谢了！

另外，还有一个关于房顶shingle的问题。从照片上看，shingle下面没有加underlayer，是否OK？

Did you make any changes to the original plan/spec, like adding a window, skylight or moving a wall or position of doors etc., etc.?
For your other question regarding the roofing: tar paper or alike should be put in place before installation of shingles but the photo shows a small portion of the roof obviously has no tar paper underneath and I would guess the only reason they didn't do it is because that part is overshadowed by the main roof atop of it. No doubt it is always better to have underlay under every piece of shingles however not all trades have the same high moral principles /professionalism; if the guy think"that is no big deal", he'd rather save the few minutes not doing it. Talk to the builder of your concern and see if they would redo that part;(it's a small area anyway, hopefully they won't deny you)

Not knowing what exactly progress is the interior finishing, a few things come to mind and the followings may be the least you can do:
1/ check the electrical boxes for ceiling lights, see if they are positioned at the right spots you want, for example in the dining area, it should be over the middle of your dining table and not to one side of it.
2/ look for floor area w/ squeaking sound when you walk on it; that is a sign which tell the subfloor is not holding to the joist tightly enough; ask the builder to reinforce it with additional screws, not nails. This problem will persist if you don't fix it before carpets/or tiles/or hardwood floor are installed.
3/ check if enough screws are driven on drywalls installation (roughly one piece every 12 inches lengthwise along the wood studs)

在roof sheathing(看起来像plywood）和asphalt shingle之间应该铺eave protection，加上good roof insulation 来防范ice damming的发生

看到房子里有市政府贴出的framing 不合格的菊红色的条子，上面写着：column#4 is supposed to be a“QT35120”，A “QT30108” has been installed, change it. column #3 is way out of plumb -fix it。请问这里的 column 号是指地下室的立柱吗？里面的代号 QTxxx 是什么意思？换起来是否很麻烦，需要很长的时间吗？谢谢了！

Ask the builder if the re-inspection has passed or not, if the answer is yes, ask them to show/explain to you how the problems are fixed. OR look for a Re-inspection Passed label posted inside the house, probably next to the previous failed one.
