谁能谈谈，自己买房子，和自己盖房子，到底哪一个更好些？？

想买房子，但是看到屯子里好多人都自己盖房子，也有些动心，但是不清楚这俩者之间，到底谁更好些？？自己盖房子有应该怎么个操作程序？？？

If you can spare much time and have related knowledge of construction and materials involved, it will be a great idea for you to build your own dream home ( look at people like our BZ, Ms. little dark coalie); if not, you will be much frustrated and stressed out during the whole process. Most likely, you will end up spending more to build than to buy if you are a kind of idealist since upgrading will be like a never ending game. At the present market, it is still possible for buyers to find some bargained deal of preowned properties, builders are more firm on their prices. Wait after Mar 22nd when the rules are set to change if you are heading into the preowned market.

Also, buyers/sellers can negotiate price directly w/ each other, JJ can't block your way anymore.
