Active listings for single family homes: 1572 (1647, 1775, 1770)

7 P. Y" e) O% O; w: tWow - more sales than new listings! Haven't seen that since the market peaked... it is normal for new listings to drop off at this time of year and the ratio to rise slightly but I was definitely surprised by these numbers (I went back and checked three times). |
