For the purpose of this evaluation, the work site is considered energized. No work shall be conducted while in an energized state. The participant is required to de-energize and lock out and tag disconnect, and confirm de-energization prior to removing any panel or transformer covers and as long as any system work is being performed. Additionally, all participants will be required to provide and wear basic personal protective equipment. (Steel toed safety boots, hard hat, eye protection, and leather gloves.)

 Transformer secondary feeds shall be color coded as per plans and specs section 4 CEC color of conductors using appropriate tape

For example a raceway would only be evaluated if it were complete and ready for the installation of wire and cables. Wiring would only be evaluated if all of the required wires were installed in the raceway. Installations (Individual items listed below) which are not complete will not be evaluated.
