influenza virus is contagious and is spread person to person via close

& w `* F7 g- _, ]( r* |doorknobs and can spread when people touch contaminated surfaces and' X1 K& @1 I* ^( [
then unknowingly transfer the virus to their eyes, nose or mouth.

cough) and following the self-care practices as outlined by Alberta* B% f' v/ o+ j& ^4 L2 W1 F L
Health and Wellness will greatly assist in minimizing the chance of
