感觉还可以，地点也可以，先试试砍6-7%，不行再加吗，估计能坎3-4%！砍价就得脸皮厚一点点，你们夫妻一个白，一黑，砍点是点！

I will try it. Since the owner did ask too much for this property, it is a little bit hard to get the price down. A same condo in the same building, facing north, cost 250,000$.

But we will try it.

Yes, but it is facing south, 9 feet ceiling.. it is really nice one

Main floor is hard to sell, and price should be lowest in the building. Low rise is cheaper than high-rise because of the construction cost. Realtors always say location, location, location. When you buy it, think about many years later, you may want to sell it. Condo fee is how much? Reserved fund looks good? I have many friends bought condo few years ago, now facing high condo fee, which is doubled or tripled. Thank about it before you buy.

thank you for your advice, we already decided to take  it. For us, we just want get our own apartment instead of renting. Kind of sick of renting already.

But under current situation. We don't want to get too much loan from the bank. The final price is around $220,000. There are a couple of other condos (on the 2nd floor and 3d floor) in the same building too, but either it is facing to highway, or it is facing to the west. Except it is first floor, its condition is much better than others, so we finally decide to take this one. Before we made the offer, we also checked other condos near around, but their locations are really bad, they took at least 10 mins more  to get on Terwilliger road.

And the condo is 9 feet high, it makes the space looks bigger and more comfortable. No other building before its windows. I am comfortable for its privacy. it is really good for us as the first time home buyer.  We are going to made around 30% down payment. So the bank loan is not really a big problem to us, even the economic situation is going to get really bad.

谢谢，房子再小，也是自己的了，有了自己的家，虽然来这里没有几个月，但起码有了自己的家，以后有条件再换大房子。挣钱才是正道，努力工作，供房子供车养老婆，呵呵。
