省提名移民的问题

请问大学实验室的full time(35 hours a week)工作能申请省提名移民吗？我看省提名移民要求上写的是The international graduate must have secured permanent full-time employment with an Alberta employer. 学校的好像是grant funded, 已一年为单位算的那种，能不能算permanent?及时算是不是也要干6个月才能申请呢？

the last step of pr processing which is asking for your valid passport, and visa officer MAY also asking for the employment letter that proves you still in position and will be ongoing in this position, after all that, then issue the pr certificate.

现在省提名要等6-24个月...这之后交联邦还要4-24个月...所以总体时间10个月-4年~~
