The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"

In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................" X- O9 o$ B; _+ F

ISSUE TWO:FIDO.......! w( I7 K+ t* [6 i) d& T

It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD./ ~' s* v) R# P2 M1 O. d1 V

V4 [, g: `Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.

BE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES., ?- [( g7 W8 [

0 Y5 m! I- q8 C) \0 U+ b$ dTODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.
% {0 L& X) @) U0 o' \3 c6 t1 t# G; S1 O6 }; }7 B6 }8 c' a2 p+ e' o
Last week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......
5 G/ P- s# V/ T( Q+ ^, f: p2 r: \+ Q# s, z3 f& C# M2 L
TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:
) M3 I! w  f9 V" P9 e2 j$ G. @9 s4 ^7 U# x
at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!
! ]. Z7 K+ p7 f" E7 \0 W! ]/ ?8 q  N! t+ I
at 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.; z/ I  n) O$ r/ \0 M  L+ q& B
" q6 n) ~8 N! u' ?- q, A! l" _
ISSUE FOUR:BMO$ ^0 a5 }- A  G3 b. `

7 D( T# [" U  e* x4 n, M) W' BBMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!

I really learn so much NEW today...................

HOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。
: s. q; [8 P9 s3 k所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。
5 C( m, i# A* F因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!): ]5 `; l) `4 o; H2 f0 r
剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!6 ~8 w6 ^3 o6 R7 `% Z" T) F: j
也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!
" ^# i% t8 r1 ]0 O; G( V$ Q再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator
7 h1 Q( x) V' z" Q後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator
8 q4 l: j! v0 c& N# k有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況/ E- E) j' y7 L) b  j  M2 f
Driver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。6 _! S( y# F! ~$ d4 Q
, F7 N7 k& o! N2 {% L
最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!
5 N( R7 a) V/ i, i( x! d6 O/ m: `  ?(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。
1 N& P5 k  ]( K& @' U' F! x: q: D5 S再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?
% r5 F  x# w/ ~& i2 c$ j3 n' S/ a& x, U! T/ \
在那時候我瞭解到一件事情4 z7 |# E6 |+ G' w# N& H
就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare
) k$ m! i0 u* S2 h" L2 J這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!+ A: f+ B) D; c3 B. {( _; k( y
對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!: T+ e0 q3 ?$ E/ X7 y2 Y+ N6 ~! }
不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!
; T! O: H5 x+ X日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。! Y# h. _  \4 [/ h9 n
所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了!
$ m5 g! B) w, o+ _% s3 {" X$ r* @3 x& P+ L. f8 @: K  ~0 j) h
但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.9 [' Q9 @4 l& |; Y- H: E+ H/ _
Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

3 w% ]6 p9 }1 i# O不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
