my experiences with new car is just take it easy.1 T4 O& ^* |. [+ h' u( L ? u
for the first 1000 km, try to accelerate smoothly. no rabbit start, or sudden high rmp acceleration.* v: F# Z& x3 x4 S+ m
also try to avoid prolong trip with speed higher than 80 kmh. make sure do oil change near 2000 km or sooner. 6 {0 F2 T* w# K+ G/ qthat will ensure proper break-in period for both engine and transmission. [7 A4 D: V& z& v
another thing is make sure you slow down smoothly as well for the brake system to work themself in.7 b& [% C3 f8 [- D' A; w
otherwise, just keep your head up, eyes out and enjoy your new car.
