请问留学生做Welder的话，可以办省提名吗？

找专业工作太难了，打算去做焊工。
1.焊工能办省提名吗？
, g+ C) f( p, \. K2.一定要red－seal吗？
3.会不会因为over－qualified被拒？
请有经验的朋友帮忙，非常感谢。

1.welder :NOC 7265, belongs to class B, so it is elgible for PNP.
2.no idea, but theortically pnp should ask for some kind of certificate, call pnp and ask.
3.over-qualify? why? Even you have a master or PHD in Engineering, it is still your right to choose your career, isn't it? At least it is in the constitution. It is not common in real life though.

学了4年了，不改行不行啊，都快揭不开锅了，专业工作没经验的话＝no way.
当然了，当焊工只是为了办移民，留学生不像移民啊，我们首先得考虑留下来的问题。要不，我就去油田当Apprentice了，几年后钱挣的比工程师多多了，哈哈。
