2:16 耶和华神吩咐他说,园中各样树上的果子,你可以随意吃。
( I M: P/ P9 H; ?$ FAnd the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: ) T1 D3 V2 @% x& T
2:17 只是分别善恶树上的果子,你不可吃,因为你吃的日子必定死。4 T, m, V- i3 z( i) W
But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die

* D9 ~. e; _/ C+ }3:14 耶和华神对蛇说,你既作了这事,就必受咒诅,比一切的牲畜野兽更甚。你必用肚子行走,终身吃土。

3:15 我又要叫你和女人彼此为仇。你的后裔和女人的后裔也彼此为仇。女人的后裔要伤你的头,你要伤他的脚跟。3 y! [- \; z# b& _
And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
/ m7 h. F6 I; _% l& z3:16 又对女人说,我必多多加增你怀胎的苦楚,你生产儿女必多受苦楚。你必恋慕你丈夫,你丈夫必管辖你。9 b. g. X( ^3 S+ N" M, J0 _
Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. - f. T6 h A% |. w# J6 r
3:17 又对亚当说,你既听从妻子的话,吃了我所吩咐你不可吃的那树上的果子,地必为你的缘故受咒诅。你必终身劳苦,才能从地里得吃的。
9 j6 Y. R/ U+ v" c3 R+ M& r) J: Y2 aAnd unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

8 e4 W6 u5 q; ~# N w( b2 @Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field; . O; d; q7 E( U* R" B9 Z5 L3 p4 O
3:19 你必汗流满面才得糊口,直到你归了土,因为你是从土而出的。你本是尘土,仍要归于尘土。
2 f" B# U: U9 x$ T8 c4 C! V) R3 FIn the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.

And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.
( o; p' N: \# ]7 _$ [: u3:21 耶和华神为亚当和他妻子用皮子作衣服给他们穿。
' L& B% H: g1 F( b/ PUnto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them. ) V2 z6 _' q/ v7 x1 _
3:22 耶和华神说,那人已经与我们相似,能知道善恶。现在恐怕他伸手又摘生命树的果子吃,就永远活着。
; |& g& o' r# p- dAnd the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
7 X' t5 h; [# e6 {& w7 R! Q0 @3 e' B3:23 耶和华神便打发他出伊甸园去,耕种他所自出之土。9 t0 }9 l/ V) V& z( @
Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.
; s: R, y+ ]7 U% c% g! Z: }# X) ?3:24 于是把他赶出去了。又在伊甸园的东边安设基路伯和四面转动发火焰的剑,要把守生命树的道路。0 G! ]: L; q& ^
So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life. |
