Hi, Sam:

It seems you have a big trouble now. You will have more in the future if you can not defend yourself. What would be happening to you if the issue were informed to your Department at U of A or to your formal schools ( including your friends or family members)?

Please find a good lawyer to defend you as soon as possible to protect you by the court judgement that you are innocent. Otherwise you will have the black forever!
