then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.( c1 S; q+ g7 I# s
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.5 A! z% I& V% Z3 K0 ?: Y o, ]
If you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.4 p& r/ ~( _0 w
